This is the restaurant that you dream of stumbling into at the end of some long forgotten byway, delirious after hours and hours of driving. Cedar, heirloom charcoal, foie gras toast points, oak grilled sweetbreads, raspberry buttercream, a cowboy’s leather sofa, Mexican hot chocolate, chocolate blueberry soft serve and espresso creme. The memory will linger for years, but you’ll never remember the place’s name, and for some reason, no matter how hard you try, you’ll never find it again.
